Turkey Sliders and Avocado Soup

When the weather’s the hot, lighter dinners are definitely more favorable. One of our favorite *and healthy* dinners are turkey burgers. They are fairly easy to make and you can pop them in the oven or cook them on the stove depending on how much time you’d like to spend cooking! These burgers have very few ingredients (see below). They go great with Hawaiian bread or any other light/less dense bread. Top with a little mayo and you’re good to go!

These turkey sliders go great with a side of avocado soup. You can have this soup as a gazpacho (cold) or warm. The hubby and I prefer it on the warmer side, but cold is good too! This recipe is just as simple as the turkey sliders, just require a few more steps!

Happy eating!
