It’s peachy Tuesday! Okay, I know that’s not a thing, but it is peach season here in the south- so that does count for something right? Here in Nashville, it was the hottest day of the year so far, and we’re not even in the warmest month of the year yet! Anyways, in light of summer-appropriate clothing I wanted to show a tunic-type top with ‘work appropriate’ leggings. This incredibly feminine, peachy pink top is from Ann Taylor . It’s long enough to be counted as a tunic, with a tie-waist around belt. The sleeves are what really drew me to this- they kind of flow over the shoulders and have just a little bit of flutter (but not over the top).
Even though this top doesn’t come in petite sizing, I found the XS to fit quite well. Since it’s more of a tunic than a fitted shirt, the sizing works for petite frames. I paired it with some dark navy ponte leggings (also from Ann Taylor from a few seasons ago- see similar), but you could also pair these with khaki or white pants. I had a necklace of a very similar color that went nicely with the top and some snake skin pumps (similar here).
